Feng Shui is the beautiful ancient art and science of creating a positive Flow of Energy into surroundings to make them feel peaceful, harmonious and balanced.

Literally translated to mean “Wind and Water,” the ancient art of harmonious placement helps raise the Energy (Chi) in a space and helps to design happy homes where prospective buyers feel comfortable, peaceful and balanced to promote faster sales.

How can Feng Shui and Real Estate work together?

Combining the selling of Real Estate with the ancient Principles of Feng Shui can create surroundings that make your prospective buyers feel “right at home” and helps them to envision it as “their space.” Homes for sale that have incorporated the use of Feng Shui Principles have been shown to sell more quickly and command a better asking price. It also provides your clients with additional knowledge and Agents can get a better “feel” for what their prospective buyers are looking for in a home.

We use Curb Appeal to attract the Buyer in and Home Staging and Redesign to open up a space and reflect its best features.

Redesigning your home is based on using your current furnishing but putting them in a better flow of Energy creating a feeling of peacefulness and spaciousness. We can maximize your space by organizing skills and implement simple changes of placement and other methods to open up your space and make it more inviting and comfortable. We suggest Colors if you are painting and may also suggest incorporating inexpensive accents you can use in your surroundings to deflect both the Energy and your Eye to accent the positive. Using an eye with Interior Design and Feng Shui Principles, we will work with any budget.
